No, we provide yoga mats for all of our classes. However, you're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid wearing anything too baggy or restrictive.
Thank you, but no! We're sure your puppy would be a great yoga master, however we only use puppies provided by breeders or rescues.
Most of our pups that come, already have homes to go to, however if you are interested in an available puppy you can get the breeder or rescues information at the class!
